The Rehans of Kalowal
The Rahan or Rehan is a Jatt clan which is closely linked to the Rajputs and traces its history back to ksatriya or warrior castes of 6th century, India. The Kshatriyas were the warriors who fought in the battles and took care of the governing functions. The Rehan clan although smaller in numbers ruled the Kalowal tract of the old Shahpur District, currently in the Sargodha region of Punjab.
